This is Rider-02, a tokusatsu villain turned hero appeared in the movies Kamen Rider The First which was released on 2006 and Kamen Rider The Next
released on October 27, 2007 in Japan. Akiyama Tomohiko is the suit actor in the movie while Takano Hassei as Ichimonji Hayato as Kamen Rider 02.
This soft vinyl figure stands at approx. 19cm.
Pretty much the same with Kamen Rider 01 soft vinyl figure. Pretty detailed all in all.
