Dengeki Hobby [2009/01] Furoku Grade Mobile Suit Gundam OOP 1/144 Scale Gundam Rasiel
This kit came from January 2009 issue of Dengeki Hobby which I got from Play-asia. It's because I was curious about the quality of this
model kit which made me buy it but I want to resume getting Dengeki Hobby mag a lot time ago anyway.
This is a really good kit for those who love to modify and there's an instruction by pro Gundam Modeler NAOKI somewhere on the mag.
He's got awesome modding skill that he converted this non-articulated kit into an articulated one close to a High Grade model kit, there's
few pages of how-to-mod this kit into an articulation-enabled kit. And this kit has no polycaps thus a constraint on moving the arms and legs.
Looking forward to the February 2009 issue as it has the GN Sefer kit provided, also from Gundam OOP.
BTW, this FG kit is a Furoku Grade a product line from Dengeki Hobby, not First Grade from Bandai.
The box. No manual included but there's one in the mag. At first, I thought that this "FG" also meant "First Grade" but it's "Furoku Grade".
Still looks good even without the paint. A good figure for both hardcore and beginner modeler. Applied topcoat to the kit an it's better
than without applying it.
Can still be mounted with a gundam base just like any other kits today.
Comparing the two "FGs". Furoku Grade is as tall as the First Grade.
All in all, a good get even though an unpainted one. Looking forward on getting GN Sefer on February 2009 issue.
You can also take at lookie at ƒAƒIƒC–ÍŒ^“X. He's the first to review this kit. I think.
