This is Mitsurugi Meiya from a PC dating sim, "Muv-Luv" series (and is an alternative to PC dating sim and anime "Kimi ga Nozomu Eien" which she is named as Hayase Mitsuki).
It's been long since I've gotten myself a figma. Well I wasn't planning on getting her at first cuz recently, I got irritated to action figures cuz of their so-oh-many-useless accessories but changed my mind and tried getting her since I got tempted of the awesome outfit. What I like about this recent figma specifically this figure is that there's not much danger in pulling off her hands since their pegs have no kinda ball-joint but just plain pegs which is really easy to pull off when changing to other optional hands. Anyway, these photos were taken in wee hour in the morning since I can't go to sleep anymore after waking up. Took some 20 photos but only the following photos were worth posting.
